Currently ShowGirl Supplies ships via USPS, United States Postal Service.

Maximum delivery time on all in-stock items is five to seven business days. for all orders of in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM (PST). .All out-of-stock items will be backordered automatically. Please allow an additional 1-4 week(s) for completion  New and international accounts might require an additional processing time. All nationwide shipments are carried exclusively by USPS

Due to the Personal Nature of our Products all sales are final. There are no Returns or Exchanges on any item. In the case of a manufacturers defect,

• Please call us and request a Return Authorization Number for all returns. We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days only. Unauthorized packages will be refused and returned to the sender.
• All claims for discrepancies or damages must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
• No clothing item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange.

Manufacturers defect does not include, wrong size, if you do not like the color.
